The location, and the price, but is Hong Kong , a very expensive city.

Staff are very helpful and ready to serve the customers always.

Room space is too small and charge for this room 8k+ is too high. We can't even stand in the room distance between tv wall and bed is just in inches. As we attended a fair, our main purpose is fulfiled by stayed in small cabin with high price. Don't book this hotel just by seeing the images.

Good size room. Location is good with several easy transport options but a long way from typical tourist locations.

No attention to detail. For example no soap for the sink area. No wardrobes or anywhere else to keep clothes. Cleaning perfunctory.

The staff are rude, in the restaurant,Not recommended at all They don't want to give any breakfast even at 9:30 am They are not polite at all.They will not give you bread if you want !!The room is small.They don't smile.Spically at the evening check in.The location is far from the center.

We liked the hotel property and location is near to Local restaurants and shops

The location was decent. Walking distance to some stores and bus stops.

It was too crowded with tourist. They were rude and didn’t respect personal space.

The location is not bad. We can either take the hotel shuttle bus back and forth for free. There is public transportation to go there too.

Staff who answered the phone was not very patient.

Booked deluxe room with 2 single bed, but they provided double bed and rooms are very small.

Our recent stay at Silka Tsuen Wan was a delightful surprise. The room, though compact, was impeccably clean and perfect for couples. The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast spread was diverse and delicious, catering to international tastes, even for our little ones. The hotel's strategic location in the heart of the city, coupled with convenient shuttle services to the MTR station and bus stand, made exploring Hong Kong a breeze.

A Cozy Stay at Silka Tsuen Wan

The hotel was beautiful and had everything we needed. It was one bus into central and one bus from the airport so we was in the middle of it all. The stuff was very friendly. Overall, a perfect hotel to stay in to explore hong kong.

The lighting was very difficult in the room

Free shuttle bus pick up from and to hotel to different metro stations. This makes me location more convenient.

The breakfast was a bit limited.

This Hotel should be removed from booking.com, it's located in a remote area of Hong Kong, the rooms are so small 14 SQM, Dirty , smells bad.I lost my money there since I had to move to Park Hotel,

This hotel is for Chinese tour groups, I think they are used for this type of hotel.The breakfast has nothing for international travellers except a very rude manager, This is really one of my worst experiences.Booking.com has to really have an independent team to do reviews before they give ratings.On my trip , I had to change two hotels one in Bangkok and one in Hong Kong.Losing money and the inconvenience.All these hotels had good ratings.

Breakfast options, no bottle water in room and place to pack clothing.

Some staff were helpful and friendly, cleaner staff were really friendly and diligent on cleaning rooms and replacing towels

The smell of the first floor, outside the elevator smells a bit funky. Small spaces for couple bedrooms

The room was OK in terms of cleanliness and access, but the bed was too small for two person. There was no Kettle for making boiled water. No toiletries except soap and shampoo. !

The breakfast provided is the one worst I have seen in my life, for so called "four star" Hotel. There is absolutely no cleanliness, Rotten food, Cockroaches on bread, over cooked egg, Waste Bin close to dining table and many more !I am sure, the restaurant is being operated by third party and I can see the deference. The party is just looking at his profits and not for customer satisfaction. This restaurant will ruin the image of Hotel soon !

Breakfast acceptable, hotel place is outskirt & quiet

the cleaner did not Vacumn my room for 2 days (got hair in bathroom floor), they only change the towels, throw rubbish and tidy up the bed.

Location was great.

My room was tiny, it was also looking tired. The rusting mirror next to the bed, rotting silicone that needs to be replaced, wallpaper that had seen better days, the door handle to the bathroom was broken as was the shower head mount. The desk top was not straight so made working at the desk impossible.
